Is this book still maintained? If so I would like to translate all missing parts in the German translation

`make` is hard to cancel, if you do it interactively

Right now make build runs Docker without interactive mode and launches a live-server.
One cannot cancel the live-server using CTRL+C, since Docker does not have the -it flag set.

Therefore it would be good to, either:

• add -it flag, i.e. docker run -it -v pwd:/srv/gitbook -v pwd/_book:/srv/html bketelsen/gitbook

or:

Create a separate interactive build-target for the Makefile

investigate how to output formats other than HTML. I'm pretty sure gitbook supports this. If so, generate them using the same hooks we're using for deployment and link to them for download.

Fix code formatting

Fix formatting of code after bullet list item

In Pointers and reference types lesson there is invalid formatting of code after the bullet list item. I fixed it in my PR for Czech translation, will be happy to fix that in all the others as well.

`make docker` fails. There is a `vim` leftover at the end of file

At the end of Dockerfile is a :qa , which causes make docker to fail.

Script or tool to alert of out of sync translations

We need a tool or script to notify translations of changes in the EN folder

Add Goland as a editor

I think Goland should be among popular Go editors (lesson getting started). Good/Bad idea?
