Hi Juan,
that's unfortunately an issue with Github's .org file parser/renderer and outside my control. That parser erroneously translates links to .org files into links to .html files (which don't exist). I was going to raise an issue with GH, but haven't had time yet to find how/where I can do that... At some point (once the lib is more stable) I will also publish all those source files as a static website.

Hey, I just helped out releasing a new version of Org Ruby in Github some weeks ago, though this didn't make it. There are other issues that I would like to see fixed in Github too so, please wait a little to have a more meaningful release which solves many issues in the parser along with this fix. Thanks in advance!

I think these probs are largely gone by now since GH has recently updated their .org file rendering (largely thanks to @wallyqs). There might still be some broken links in the current state project, but these will be fixed bit by bit only...
