Turret Life Savings would probably be disabled by default, but it'd be a nice option to have. Snake Eyes buff may not be handed out to turrets; it definitely isn't if global shrine mode is off, in which case it should copy the owner's stacks.

I got the ancient spear by buying from a chest in the bazaar between times using the bigger bazaar mod I also had share suite on so it went directly to my inventory instead of dropping onto the ground. It highlighted the turret ability as purple and said in the description that I could hold and place 2 more turrets. I tried placing a third turret and it destroyed my first one,
What should happen:
Moving to the next stage should not result in buffs having no end, including the Immunity granted on entering the next stage, and skills should have normal cooldowns
What happens:
Moving to the next stage appears to set the duration of all buffs to infinity, including any buffs granted by items, resulting in permanent invulnerability. The LogOutput file contains a single error constantly looping after proceeding from one stage to the next, and quitting the game ends it without a hitch. Because the LogOutput file is too large to upload, I have copied the initial chunk of it for reference. A lot of relevant code was moved to RoR2.Util.CleanseBody. Need to add another token pass-along to the Embryo component.
Hard-pressed to find a good double effect for this... this is the best I could think of. May be a little tricky to implement; haven't looked into it yet.
The Reflection.InvokeMethod line in photon jetpack hooks will throw an error if the instance of body is not of type CharacterBody.
Additionally, I would generally advise against calling reflection per-frame as it can substantially hurt performance.
Solution: cache a delegate. This does two things, first it is faster, and second, it eliminates the method discovery issue that throws the exception when you are searching for a method in a type that inherits CharacterBody. Also has side benefit of having much cleaner usage syntax.

I used command artifact to replicate easier, but I have been playing with your mod all day and this was happening regardless of having artifacts
Scale Boxing Gloves' knockback with the % of target enemy health removed with the hit instead of the damage itself. Past the first loop, the current knockback on anything that deals more damage gets ridiculous and instakills anything by smashing it into a wall (and changing the value in configuration just delays this effect at the cost of the item being useless early on).
Reported by a user on Discord: any damage to the reliquary resets artifact keys, and BarbedWire deals unintended damage to the reliquary. Should investigate other damage-dealing items (Lost Doll) to make sure they don't do the same thing, then switch BarbedWire to use orbs if not (also try: check for a hurtbox, only target monster team?).
I set HeadstompersV2 Parameter to false and Headstompers Item to disabled (false), and whenver i try to join my friends who have the default configfile with the changed HeadstompersV2 and enabled Classic Headstompers the game just literally breaks and nothing works anymore.
Non-host players see the effect start back up a few seconds before scene transition starts, instead of after it ends, but it still gets disabled long enough to prevent the teleporter from charging. Maybe SceneExitController gets destroyed later on host?
When using AS you'll get the opposite upgrade for your current R ability. Ex. If you have Ballista equipped your upgrade will be arrow rain and vice versa
Need to figure out how to make an alternate set of default config values, or just bundle a couple .cfg files containing the different defaults. New config should contain defaults balanced with existing RoR2 content in mind; existing defaults are as close to RoR1 as possible.
I can't say much more, I've tried with and without Headhompers in my inventory.
Reported by a user on Discord; "happens when you kill a glacial enemy and get hit by their freeze", caused glacial explosion to repeat rapidly. Could not reproduce with only Artifact of Honor; may have to do with Artifact of Evolution, multiplayer, a specific character, and/or another mod.

Chests are currently dropped from above by raycasting down to find the closest vertical point to the player. This doesn't help if there are no vertical points near the player along the chosen path.
Potential solutions: raycast in multiple random spots (ensure good distribution of angles; may still fail sometimes), find landing point from player's position instead of chest's starting drop position (may fail if player is too close to a wall)
Unlike the other items, the fire shield item pickup is completely invisible.
Currently, Ancient Scepter does not increase the radius for Rex's R ability.
The debuff pulse, however, works completely fine.

Used to cause console errors before it was commented out. This is old code anyways; needs a rewrite, which may resolve this issue.
Scaling both sprite objects down to 25% had no effect ingame.
This may be difficult -- could require attaching an extra component to every item the Recycler gets used on.

The Ocular HUD's model deactivates after 8 seconds, even if Beating Embryo procs and extends the buff to 16 seconds. Similar issues may also affect other equipments.

Currently ItemStats mod is able to correctly add the description of your items but it does not have the scaling portion implemented. For example, if you had 3 bitter root the mod would tell you on the tooltip that you are getting 24% max health. Would it be possible to add your items to the ItemStats mod via their API.

When using the Scepter on Huntress if you took Arrow Rain you'll get Rabauld, and if you took Ballista you'll get Burning Rain.

The telescope sight will kill the target immediately. It has a chance to cause the altar to jam by 99%. It is recommended to change it to 2% to cause 999 times of damage
In multiplayer, Captain's Brooch chests may display a cost of $25 to non-host players. They will still cost the right amount if purchase is attempted.
A fix has been implemented (setting Networkcost as well as cost) and confirmed to not cause any singleplayer bugs, but needs testing in multiplayer.

The hit list isn't working properly. I figure the intended behavior is to increase base damage by a flat 0.5 every time you kill a marked enemy. Instead it's increasing base damage by 50% per marked kill.
I tested with a cheat mod. With Acrid lvl 15 no hit list kills, he does 114 damage on a swipe. Each hit list kill adds 57 damage, which is exactly 50% more. At the full 40 stacks that means +2000% base damage which is extremely gamebreaking.
EDIT: Prescriptions are also similarly bugged, instead of adding +10 base damage they give +1000% damage
The chain of object setups for Eccentric Vase is fairly complicated, but it should be easier to hook into now that EmbryoComponent is a thing.

This might have been intentional, but I didn't see anything in the changelog about it. Giant Amethyst now has a cooldown of 45 seconds, but had been using the ror1 cooldown of 8 seconds until either 4.0.0 or 4.1.0.
