Properties owned by "Everyone" are considered owned by all companies

Ideally properties with title or demographic as owner should be ignored, only consider properties explicitly owned by the legal person.

Suggestion - admin commands

As a GM on a server that's running the companies mod, I would like to be able to assign or unassign people to companies, so that I can help resolve mistakes the players made.

It would also be very sweet to have additional commands (change CEO or so), but those would be of less importance

Bug: WT, Claim Stake sent to void upon residency kick

Minimal Case:

1. Employee doesn't have a residency.
2. Employee places Town Claim Stake, which makes him automatically a resident, since he didn't have a residency yet
3. Employee transfers ownership to company legal person
4. Employee kicks themself out.
5. Deed enters deleted state. Claim Stake lands in stake-placers personal Void Storage.

Tested on 10/04/24: Employee being Ladyhawke
It's also reproducible, if another employee kicks the employee placing the stake out of residence. At which point the stake placer gets their stake in their void storage.

Suggestion - Transfer vehicles to legal person, authorizing all employees on placement by any employee

The user noted that a vehicle owned by the legal person can be picked up by everyone already.
So the only change seemingly necessary would be the auto-transfer and authorization (which probably already works as well, as they are deeds).

Suggestion - blockable law triggers for /leave and /fire

we'd like to block leaving a company on your own or firing an employee if some condition isn't met (e.g. 3 days offline) for one kind of companies we have. It would be awesome if doing /leave or /fire would cause a law trigger to happen (could also be the same, "employee leaves company") and preventing it in law would stop the action from occurring

Bug with Vehicles being inaccessible

Our server uses this law to ensure company members cannot own private property:

When it triggers it causes all company members (of all companies) to lose access to their vehicles even if the vehicle was already owned by the company.

Don't automatically invite to residency

instead have an opt-in e.g. /company residency while standing on the plot - user reported it's quite spammy if they have alot of plots

wish: /company list to see all companies on a server

Suggestion - Company Income Types

It would be awesome to have different types of company income, like in the "transfer money" trigger, so that we can e.g. trigger things when a company receives a rent payment, but not trigger them when it's a loan payment
