Question: I can't code, can you explain in simple terms how to use this?

Sorry to bother you, I can't seem to find anything on this website to contact a person except putting in an issue. I like to keep up on what's going on with OoT auto-trackers, but I do not understand how they work at all. Yours is the first I've seen to attempt checks and logic, so I'm excited by that for sure.
Your readme has a build setup section, but can you explain that in terms of what I have to do to make it run?
Also, what emulator is this for? Bizhawk, RetroArch, or something else entirely?
