Sign-in email sent twice

Description

During email sign-in, after clicking login button once, two emails are received

Step to reproduce

1. Clear storage of the app
2. Open the app, enter a valid email addr
3. Click login button once (click on the button, not pressing enter)
4. Received two identical sign-ing email

Expected Behaviour

Receive only one email

App crashes on home screen

Description

App crashes on launch after a second of "loading" indicator.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear app storage
2. Open the app, sign-in with a valid email
3. Click on link on email client to finish post sign-in, being redirected home screen
4. A dialog of loading is shown, then the app crashes
