Split JS and HTML apart

This is a tracking issue for splitting the HTML and JS in the bundle apart.

Currently, JS is inlined into the HTML using a very simple line-based preprocessor.
The JS bundle size is 22.7kb, of which 18.4kb is the list of Wordle solution words.
The Html file size is about 3.6kb - 2.6kb in the template, 1kb of server side rendered DOM nodes.
The total bundle size is 26.3 kb.

We could split the JS into a separate bundle, I tested it out today by adding this to the head:
<script async defer src="./index.js"></script>
And of course removing the script at the bottom of the file.

Results were not encouraging. The page load time (DCL) didn't move, still around 130ms. All this does is turn Parse HTML time into Compile Script time.

Still, separating into a JS bundle has advantages, like being able to provide source maps. Will have to add some code to detect script load errors as inline JS into the html.

At any rate, this is on the backlog for now.
