Crafting

We need crafting recipies for modern_ish nodes, though due to the massive number of them, we will need to plan this properly.

Some ideas:

• 'colored' nodes with a colorless variant (floor mats, striped walls) could be crafted with the colorless version+dye
• a oven cooktop crafting item might be usable for the oven and countertop with cooktop.

modern_ish_ovens mod ideas:

A few ideas for extending modern_ish_ovens:

• add API function to register ovens with a set of tiles & a description, in a similar way to modern_ish_manholes
• possibly also add a nodebox-based microwave? maybe via a oven type specifier that defaults to a basic oven?
• maybe recipes could be specified for certain oven types. i.e. microwave popcorn?
• perhaps oven speed might be specifiable, so that 'better' ovens cook faster, 'cheaper' ovens, slower?

stairs & slabs

Plenty of blocks in modern_ish's main mod would be well-suited for stairs & slabs.

we should determine which of these nodes to register stairs & slabs for, and determine whether to put this in modern_ish, or perhaps modern_ish_stairs?
