A project scaffold for building Ghost themes using Gulp, LibSass, & Autoprefixer.

Gulp Tasks

Running gulp will initiate the default compile task which will compile all stylesheets using Sass and Autoprefixer, use JSHint to analyze the javascript, and watch for changes on both.

Running gulp deploy will recompile the theme's stylesheets, create a zip file of the theme (excluding the node_modules directory), and then use gscan to validate if the theme is compliant with ghost.

[Gscan] Checks Ghost themes for errors, deprecations, best practices and looks to see which features are supported. Aims to generate a compatibility report and feature listing for themes.

Should default.hbs#L26 path be javascripts/app.js instead of js/app.js?

There seems to be an error here when the template tries to load the empty app.js file. Am I missing something, or should this path be assets/javascripts/app.js?

Add support for i18n on ghost themes

Ghost v1.20 has added support for translation files in themes!!

The template files of this theme should be modified to support this functionality.

Rename to Ghost Template?

As we did with our Middleman Template (renamed from ‘thoughtbot Middleman Starter’ to ‘Middleman Template’), thoughts on renaming this project to ‘Ghost Template’?

I like the name Abstraction, but it would then be consistent with:

Exclude previous zip from the gulp zip task

Running the zip task adds the previous zip file into the new one
