Interactive way to add filters to CWD filter

Right now its possible to filter additional things via less. However these are lost when exiting less.

This should add a way to filter in less or whatever method is used to display the logs and give an interactive way to filter but also have those filters written to ./.gg-filter

Make gg check the repo at a configured interval for pattern updates

gg should check the repo for pattern updates and pull if needed. This will allow new patterns to propagate quickly without requiring building a new package, and users updating.

Add SES Filtering/Highlights

Enable gg to take input from stdin

Would be nice to do something like this:

cat messages pacemaker.log | gg

Add personal local filter

Add personal filter that is located at ~/.gg-highligh/filter-local

Ideally have separate flag to activate it

gnu_parallel

No real plan here. Just a note to explore if using gnu_parallel could help speed up gg on large files.
Currently, gg is bottlenecked by a single grep process (red highlighting) due to the number of red color patterns. Dynamically splitting this to all of the available cores (or some number of them) would vastly improve gg's speed when searching through files or jumping to the end of the file.

Add CWD filter

Add filter called .gg-filter
gg should check for this in the current working directory

The idea is a filter that can be easily made per SR
Ideally a flag to disable this (filter enabled by default)
