Web-components: polyfill usage

Investigate whether the @webcomponents/custom-elements package can be replaced for @webcomponents/webcomponentsjs's loader polyfill. If so, replace it.

External files API is incomplete

Current implementation is only a subset of the options available for copy-webpack-plugin. Many more useful options should be added to the externalFiles API.

Web-components: Fix component tests

Fix tests on branch feature/add-we-components-example by mocking hyperhtml and hyperhtml-element packages.

Test standards and examples

Include service/object tests and write documentation on testing standards

The clean-webpack-plugin package is verbose by default and emits a predictable output:

Namely how and when version numbers should change (major, minor and patch versioning).
Probably in the STANDARDS.md file.

Also, make version bumping a part of PRs. Probably a good add in the PR template and the contributing files.

Fix deprecation warning on webpack build

Find plugin that emits the error DeprecationWarning: Tapable.plugin is deprecated. Use new API on '.hooks' instead and replace/upgrade it.
