410 Gone

Google will return 410 Gone response when a spreadsheet is deleted. It causes the app to return 500 Internal Server Error.

I should handle and mirror this error code instead.

Checkboxes being stripped out

as tittle really... it seems to strip any "checkboxes", and not show anything in its place :(

Row alignment issue

Thanks for this solution for embedded sheets! I'm noticing an issue with row alignment. I have sheets with a single frozen row and single frozen column. The row alignment of the frozen column vs the rest of the sheet slowly slips until by about row 40, it's nearly off by half a row. (screenshot attached for reference)
