利用c++/opencv写的车牌识别项目，车牌范围识别成功率在80左右，提取车牌号码成功率较低，因为使用了模板匹配，效果不是太好。总体思路：通过分离hsv三通道图像，提取出蓝色区域，再经过图像学处理，得到车牌所在位置。此外，经过实验发现，车牌识别成功率跟图像闭运算的次数有很大关系，因此算法中加入了对闭运算次数的控制，来提高成功率。
