OOO chatbot behaviour

Chatbot, out of working hours, should communicate to the visitors that we are not available at the moment and we'll contact them the next business day by mail

Unable to handoff from chatbot to agent

Using the latest version when using dialogflow we set the special word \agent in the text response but we get the following error:
