Tests

There are no tests. Older versions of RAQB had odd selectors and couldn't get tests working because of this.

Figure out a way to add tests and run them on pull requests/before releases.

Easy to create an infinite loop

With just checking the changed props, it is extremely easy to create an infinite loop within componentDidUpdate.

Make it harder to create an infinite loop when the props update.

elasticSearchFormatValue Error

Sometimes an error shows up. Maybe a try/catch block will solve this problem.

Update to version 5

There have been some changes made to the underlying query builder. It should be a fairly straight update with almost no breaking changes.

Add a flag to load tree from JSONLogic

The underlying tree can change, but the JSON logic probably won't. Make a prop that will allow loading JSON logic or normal tree.

Update react-awesome-query-builder to v6

There were some breaking changes in 5.2.0 that cause usage.py to not work. See https://github.com/ukrbublik/react-awesome-query-builder#migration-to-520

To update to v6, see https://github.com/ukrbublik/react-awesome-query-builder#migration-to-600. This might have some implications for the chunk splitting and async imports.

In the process, @mui/labs can be relaxed (might not be needed anymore). Will need to adjust several imports as well, i.e. add @mui/x-date-pickers and update @fortawesome/fontawesome-svg-core

Update Readme, trove classifiers, homepage, etc.

Severely outdate. Needs to be updated.

Update Release Workflow

The release workflow is outdated and needs to use different actions.

Load tree is not working

By trying the demo given in usage while click on "Click to Update" the tree is not load.

Upgrade to newer version

Hello,

I tried to upgrade the version of the react-query-bullder but that resulted in more errors.

My main issue is, that I cannot use the operators any_in or multiselect_contains with the current version.

Did you try to upgrade before?
