Deluge plugin

This plugin has two functionalities:

• "don't add torrent name to path": This is similar to the feature in rutorrent. It does not create a folder for torrents with multiple files, but puts them all into the Download folder. (unfortunately this causes the name of the torrent to get messed up in the torrent list.)

• "create folder for single files": This is basically the opposite of the first feature. It forces deluge to create a folder with the same name as the torrent, even for torrents with just one file in them.

torrent frequently auto added in Pause state

This is really a great plug-in for auto cross seeding! Thank you for the great work!
Unfortunately, after adding the plug-in, my torrents are added in pause state, while I configured AutoAdd plug-in not to add in paused state. No matter which option I chose in nofolder, such issue happened. I suspect that the new torrents are changed to paused state when their file structure were changed by nofolder. i.e. no folder changed to have folder, or have folder changed to no folder. If the file structure is not changed, it did not pause it seems.

Any idea what's causing this? Even after I remove the nofolder plugin, the problem persists.
