Add optional debug and logging modes
debug/verbose mode should output to console a bunch of details.
logging mode should output a log file.
Update to use tasks/workers to speed up scrapes
This should offer significant improvements.
Shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
Save individual items during scrape
Should save individual items during scrape. That way if a large scrape fails partway through, the data that was successfully pulled is not lost.
This could be optional (just a flag) or default behavior.
Infinite loop possible
Failed HTTP requests currently recursively retry, and will do so indefinitely.
Proposed fix: add a default max # of attempts per email, and an option to change it with an arg.
Need to decide if all the requests fail, do we stop the whole scrape? or move on to the next item?
