NPE from ClientHttpHandler

Hi,
I found that in ClientHttpHandler.buildResponse, it's possible for 'is' to be null so line 30 goes bang with NPE.

I discovered this when returning a FORBIDDEN response from liftweb without a body.

IndexOutOfBoundsException in FormParameter if posted parameter has no value

Sometime when POST'ing form values, not all fields supply values. When trying to deserialize them, you currently get the above exception.

The following code demonstrates it.
