POSIX is wrong for Eastern Australia
Are you building the POSIX strings or have you grabbed the string from somewhere?
Eastern Australia except QLD, should be AEDT in summer

In the current state gem code contains near to zero documentation lines.
Describe used tools
Need to specify tools I used.
Additionaly describe structure of pstore file and insert a link to helper for filling.
Should be done after #3
Change typo
Change "formater" to "formatter" whenever it possible
Add tz mapping reference
I didn't point any source of timezone mappings (i.e. olson2posix, olson2winuser). Since I didn't do it by myself I need to specify where exactly I found every mapping.
