This project contains the files for the first part of the Data Science Exam from AB Syntra on 4th of June 2024.

Introduction

In this project we investigate the number of births per day over the year 2019 in Belgium. This project is part 1 of the exam.

Installation

Clone the Repository

To get started, clone the repository to your local machine using the following command:

git clone https://github.com/TinneCJM/DS_Examen_Tinne_Mertens.git

Set Up the Environment

Set up the conda environment using the provided .yaml file:

conda env create -f environment.yaml
conda activate environment.yaml

Usage

Running the Notebook

Navigate to the notebooks folder and open examen_deel1.ipynb using Jupyter Notebooks:

cd notebooks
jupyter notebook examen_deel1.ipynb

First run all cells within the notebook

Next all cells can be investigated individually.
