Windows environments require C++ 2010 SP1 Runtime

Expected Behavior

Downloads page should call out all dependencies/requirements

Actual Behavior

Downloads page was missing the C++ 2010 SP1 Runtime requirement for Windows environment

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Read the docs. Download Titan for Windows. Don't have C++ 2010 SP1 Runtime installed. Titan fails to run.

Copy code snippets to clipboard button

Problem

When going through the Getting Started, I have to copy and paste code snippets manually using the cursor and keyboard, sometimes leading to inaccurate copies.

Solution

Add a "copy to clipboard" button using this or something similar.

Alternatives

Keep copying and pasting like a chump.
