Implement dark mode

Libraries exist for us to get the OS dark mode status, so lets change the background white to black (or something dark) based on that setting. The rest of the colors in the app should still work, except for font color.

UI warning me about trying to scout a team I've already claimed

I don't think it should warn you if you try to scout an event that you've already claimed. At the very least, I think it should be changed for development because it's rather annoying to have to tap twice.

Allow user to edit their own scouting reports

At the competition, we had issues where people didn't scout correctly. Allowing them to edit their own scout reports would prevent the issues we had previously.

Frequent sign-in prompts

I'll take a look at this. It seems there might be logic missing to check if you're already logged-in, or not using refresh tokens

Prop types?

Trying to understand code, especially with long prop chains is tricky, so I want to add types to that. Typescript might be too much, but it's an option. I noticed there's a react-types module, so I'll try to work with that.

Written statement of ownership transfer

red-alliance-mobile and its derivatives managed by the titanscouting2022 team, formerly the intellectual property of myself (Ian Fowler) and those directly working on the project, is now intellectual property of Titan Robotics, FRC Team 2022. This software is to be managed by the head of titan scouting and is to receive oversight by the captains of Titan Robotics. I, Ian Fowler, hold no rights to this software.

Team Enrollment

If user is not part of a team on sign in, show a dialog asking them to select their team.

Statistics tab does not load any data

When navigating to the statistics tab, a request to the API is made but no data is displayed on the screen.
