Create github action to check form sever build
Create form for character creation
Requirements
- Must take the user in param to create the character for this user only
- Must check the fields of the form to ensure that it was input correctly
- After the end of the submission of the form, it must save the form in the database
- It must says to the user how went the database request (page or toast)
