votestats.py bug, admins are not showing when they are voted.

If you have admin rights set in the access.txt file, your votes will not be displayed in the chat, just the vote counter will be increased. Also there is a bug, when someone else votes after you, counter remains the same, you don't hear the "pin" sound and only notice the chat message "player voted Yes." Is it even possible to fix, or thats the game restrictions?

Request about making a plugin for fixing not spawned players.

I remember, you told, that its possible to make the plugin, which will fix the problem, when some players won't spawn at FT gametype. It still happens and just at first round. If you will have the time, would be great if you can make the fix for that.

An idea for autorestart plugin

For the cases when there is players on the servers, you can set variable self.to_be_restarted, and then check for it when the last player disconnects.

votemanager.py bug, admins passing/veoting the votes.

It looks like, that most of the time there is no vote_ended events. Do you have any idea why, btw? This way self.has_voted is sometimes not cleaned up. Maybe its better to clean it at the start of the vote_started event?
