TexLive DVD link no longer exists

The link in the attributes is no longer valid. Results in a failing converge as the ISO can't be found.

texlive installation cause Mixlib::ShellOut::CommandTimeout error.

texlive installation is completed (maybe), but chef raise timeout error.

"/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf not found" error when invoke vagrant-chef-solo from Windows

texlive installation cause error: "/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf not found" and create bellow directories:

• /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local^M/
• /usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-config^M/
• /usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-var^M/

I think texlive.profile saved with dos "CRLF" format cause that error.
