Overview

Resize the drawing area of Unity and make margins above and below. You can set an image or a single color in the margin.

Usage

Import to UnityIPhoneXSupport_Portrait.unitypackage or UnityIPhoneXSupport_Landscape.unitypackage

Settings

On the variables in UnityIPhoneXSupport.cs, you can make the following settings.

headerSize, footerSize / leftSize, rightSize

Sets the size of the margin.

headerColor, footerColor / leftColor, rightColor

Set the color of the margin.

headerImage, footerImage / leftImage, rightImage

Set the image to display in the margin. If you do not want to display the image, leave it empty. Images must be under "StreamingAssets" Directory.

Can this package modified to support landscape mode and without status bar?

Dear Sir,

We are looking forward a solution to keep old iphone resolution in iPhoneX and found your package. It shows your solution is only support iPhoneX protrait mode with status bar. But our app is designed for landscape mode without status bar. So we wandering is there anyway to modify your code to support our needs? Thanks for your support.

Issue while changing scenes

Good Afternoon,

I don't know if you are still supporting this package, but I'm having an issue with it.
I'm using your package in a multi scene project and for the scene it is working correctly, however when I load a different scene, the result is different.

Can you provide some guidance to fix this issue?

iOS 13

Trying it out on iOS 13 (iPhone X), the header has a weird black border in between the header image and the canvas area just below the notch.
