Fix hard-coding of the protocols and miscellaneous categories into the home page

Currently, there is no way to get rid of these categories or way of changing them.

Notebook Gemfile is missing webrick when using Ruby 3.0

While it seems the webrick gem was a part of the standard library for ruby 2.7, it is no longer in Ruby 3. For anyone having issues, just add the gem to the demo gemfile.

full text search is missing some documents

The search.json for the live demo only has info for one post, even though though there are multiple posts:

Add full text search

I've looked into this a bit, but the main options all seem a bit limited since they don't highlight the section with the match. I might be able to do some ruby magic to split up log entries into separate "files" to trick these into working properly for the month-long logs.

Hosting on github pages?

I'm pretty inexperienced with ruby/gems, so I can't really tell.

Can this system be hosted on github pages instead of local serving?
