qmlmozbrowser need to be update to new CreateView API

Currently it does not compile.

Download pause/resume does not work for just added download

./qmlMozEmbedTest -url www.kernel.org

1. Click on download link and start download
2. open download page
3. Click Pause button

RESULT: download paused, but button still in running state (II) state
EXPECTED: download paused, and button in resume state (>)

Update ScrollIndicator to use new API

QtMozEmbed will tell moving per scroll decorator. IMO, we should update ScrollIndicator to use that API. QtMozEmbed doesn't distinct yet content movement per axis (QmlMozView.verticalScrollDecorator.moving and QmlMozView.horizontalScrollDecorator.moving) instead both are moving at the same time. In addition, currently those are moving only when root frame is moving.

We need to add more information for exposed scroll decorators to tell the position in current viewport if we'd like to show them also for other scrollable layers.
