Unhandled win32 exception occured

Hi,

I've been trying to use your library and for the most part it works great. I have run into a problem though.
When I try to scroll down using the mouse wheel in a GridView. I get the exception mentioned in the title. To clarify I'm not trying to cause a refresh. I'm just scrolling through the contents of the GridView. If I don't use the mouse wheel then there is no problem.

This doesn't happen if I don't use the library and I can scroll down without any problems.
The problem also disappears if I set IsRefreshEnabled to false in the PullToRefreshExtender.

Thanks for any feedback you can provide on this.

Issue when having a Textbox(UWP10)

I have the issue that the indicator is displayed in the first textbox when having a textbox control in xaml.
