Takes yield computation as mean instead of the inner product ponderate

Description

The yield computation should be the inner product ponderate to demonstrate the results of the sampling.

The current computation is ok because it only shows a use case of the sampling model but it should be updated.

Use latex modules/include

The current documents are structured but including all the pieces together via latex include.

Wrong yield analysis dataframe merge

Description

When merging the real data frame yield to the sampled data frame

sampled_yield['Rendimiento real'] = real_yield['Rendimiento']

the sampled data frame has filtered out rows (stratums) but the real one has all the original records and the merge applies the first row of the real data frame which doesn't match the rows of the sampled data frame. Hence, the relative error is wrong when filtering out stratums.

Fix sampling simulation to work with new stratum API

The sampling API changed to accept floating points percentage as stratum sampling units for each stratum but the simulation still does not work after this update.
