Commands

• /tpa <playername>: Teleport to a player
• /tpaccept, /tpyes: Accept a TPA request
• /tpdeny, /tpno: Deny a TPA request

Permissions bug

Plugin will sometimes print "You do not have permissions to use that command!" in the chat before executing the command.
The command itself works but this message pops up with no context.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run paper 1.16.3 with plugin loaded
• Optional: make a tpa request to any player
• Type /tpdeny or /tpno in the chat

Voila, you get this:

Misspelling

I noticed a minor spelling error in your code. It's on line 57 of the file CommandHandler.java. Instead of Invalid synax, it seems that syntax has been misspelled as synax.
