Organising library/bookshelf by domain

Because token engineering is (at moment) interdisciplinary, organise the dead-tree reading material by knowledge domain. I (tentatively) suggest ordering it:

1. Engineering Ethics
2. Governance
3. Decision science
4. Cryptography
5. Control Theory
6. Systems Engineering
7. Technology
8. Game Theory

Migrate Resources Repo

Everything here should be in the website. Then we can archive the resoruces repo.

changing domain name / repo name

change repo name to tokenengineeringcommunity.github.io so that you need not have a /website at the end
I just saw #18 and found out that you own http://tokenengineering.org/
if changing the repo name is not viable, connect it to the domain, please.

Inserting image on getting-started-welcome page

Hey Burrrata,

Just wondering if you'd be able to help with the the destination path for the image I put on the page, and I can fill in the rest once I see how the format works.

Change domain for website

Issue: Currently if I visit tokenengineering.org, I get redirected to https://tokenengineeringcommunity.github.io/website/ - It would be better to access the whole site at tokenengineering.org

Proposed Solution:
(from GitHub docs)

• Enter tokenengineering.org as URL in Custom Domain section in repository Settings
• Navigate to your DNS provider and create two CNAME records, one for tokenengineering.org and one for www.tokenengineering.org, both pointing to tokenengineeringcommunity.github.io
