README.md references non-existant gulpfile.ls

The example references gulpfile.ls but you removed it in 010118b, so it's broken in the current master. The image is also of that file.

How we can include prelude?

There's any way to use prelude.ls like that?:

lsc --prelude main.ls

It includes prelude.ls methods to main scope.

Wrong version flag for some packages

There's some dependencies in package.json which have ^ flag and major version less than 1:

"vinyl-sourcemaps-apply": "^0.2.0"
...
"istanbul": "^0.4.1"

Are you sure about that? Because as I know major version as 0 means that developers could brake backward compatibility in next minor release, I think ~ flag will be preferable.

emit error on compilation failure

currently it's not emitting error, causing the gulp process to exit normally even when ls files don't compile.

Unsupported .json.ls

have a config.json.ls

host: "localhost"

when cli lsc -c config.json.ls
will output config.json
and contents is

{
  host: "localhost"
}

but used gulp-livescript,
will output config.json.js
and contents is

({
  host: "localhost"
});

Rename 'LiveScript' dependency to 'livescript'

LiveScript since 1.4.0 release renamed npm package name from LiveScript to livescript. We need to rename LiveScript dependencies in package.json ("devDependencies" and "peerDependencies").
