Can't be used in custom functions

Perhaps a bug or could also be me not understanding how Numbas deals with extensions. Either way attempting to call get_physical_constant from within a function results in either a not a function error, or a cannot get property get_physical_constant of undefined.

Unrecognised units

Issues with the formatting of more complex units. Package uses the quantities extension to format units, problem probably has roots in the way that the extension expects to see units.
