Public key encryption visualizations

Visualizations to explain concepts like public key crypto, and its role in securing communication across the mesh. A more beginner-friendly way to convey the concept was discussed during the first run of this deck.

Note: Security can be a deck on its own.

Pick a license for content and verify material

If these resources are intended to be reused I suggest we add a license (CC BY-SA 4.0 International being my go to for this type of material). Further, we should attribute the images used.

Record our terminology and develop glossary

Okay, here were the terms I highlighted form the presentation that would likely be new to beginners:

• topology
• node, edge, link, route, hop
• networking terms: routing, protocol, propagate, multiplexing, ethernet frames...
• radio terminology: point to point, dBm, gain, radio, EIRP, frequency, band (spectrum)...
• types of antennas: omnidirectional, isotropic...
• mesh terms: cdjns, routing table, mesh point, 802.11s, peers, auto-peering, tunneling

Perhaps for strategies to approach, we could consider:

• not using domain-specific terms to introduce concepts
• having a supplemental glossary
• choosing a few key terms (and limiting ourselves that) per 'module'
• having a technique to allow people to let us know in a non-intimidating way that we are using jargon

Split the deck into modules

Goes into too much technical details as an intro deck, but not sufficiently for a technical audience. It may be better to split this into two separate decks and two separate sessions.

Update gh-pages to more than the presentation

Update gh-pages branch to make clear that the initial presentation is not all of the content that will be hosted in this repo
