Task handling and manipulation are better suited in Todoist as opposed to Notion. However, viewing these tasks correlating to notes or in a collaborative setting is beneficial in Notion, still.
Tasks listed in a Notion database should automatically port to Todoist.
Considerations
Link one database to multiple Todoist projects/sections ?
Note - This feature may coincide with Dupicate Entry Handler in Notion Database #3
The feature will check for entries where either:
database key is empty
most properties are empty
(i.e., Entry has a "Name," but "Tags," "Date," "Select," and "Assignee" are empty.)
Search database using a loose search to catch duplicates.
Consider the following:
Name property is identical or similar
In addition to the name, half of the properties are identical or similar
Actions should include a variation of the following:
Remove DB entry with less properties
Merge duplicate entries into a new entry and ID, and delete the original 2
Consider a preview of changes on the frontend to confirm data manipulation
Feature to sort tags or multi-select in Notion databases.
Tags retain the order when the user adds them to a DB entry instead of organizing themselves according to the sort defined in the property settings.
