The beginning of the practice description blurb is trailing after the person's name

Hi Tom,

The first few lines of peoples' practice description blurb seems to be trailing after the person's name in the first line of their listing - for instance:

Colleen Mullin, Pillow Talk - Pillow Talk is a unique person
David Keel, MA, Supervisor BSO, einfach komplex genossenschaft - I offer counselling in german,

Can we change the sample ads link?

On the joining page http://polyfriendly.org/joining.php it says:

Can I see some sample ads before submitting mine?
Sure! All of the ads can be accessed from http://betapolysite.bizone.org/index.php

When I copy-paste the url, it leads to a non-active page. Instead of fixing it, maybe the answer to the question can be:

Sure! Simply scroll through the existing directory listings.

The login for the admin is glitchy

Hugs Tom,
I logged in to the admin side of the website. When I did, I got this error message:

Error 1044 : Access denied for user 'polylistprodadmn'@'localhost' to database 'polylistProdDB'

The same error persisted when I tried to click on 'Categories,' though it seemed fine with letting me click the link to add a new professional.

On the 'about' page...

Here are a few issues on the http://polyfriendly.org/about.php page:

1. Please add David Wheeler to the list of people in this line under the heading 'Cool directory! To whom should we give thanks?':

"including James Munger, Keith Brown, Jared D, Eric DeRiel, William Slaughter, Ponygroom, and Franklin Veaux."

1. Note the missing apostrophy in the word we're, below:

Have the professionals listed in the directory been "vetted" as being poly-friendly, or as being capable professionally?
Nope - were a small crew of volunteers

-- I notice that both directories have issues with ' and " symbols - I noted this with the word can't in an earlier bug report, and also the BAP directory since the beginning has rejected any practice description blurb that contains one of those characters. I simply have worked around it by editing any submissions that use them, like 'can't' becomes 'cannot.' If there isn't an easy workaround, then please change "were a small crew of volunteers" to "we are a small crew of volunteers" - thanks!

(Although I see that further down in this page they show up fine - "Some are, some aren't, and those of us in the know ain't tellin'." -hmm...)

Note to myself about states and provinces

This is a note to myself to play around with the state and province listings: firstly to break CA and some other larger states into area codes or regions; and second to have countries other than US and Canada listed by country, not province; and then to reshuffle some of the entries accordingly.

And now the same issue is happening with the BAP list...

Just went to compare the output for the PFP list with the BAP list, and when I went to log in as admin for the BAP list it now gives me the same error both when I log in and try to hit 'categories':

Note to myself: All provinces seem to be listed under United States

If you look at the full directory listing and scroll down, you'll see that non-US provinces seem to be nested under the United States. I think this is something I can fix by editing those entries and labeling them as Canada or Other Country in the drop-down menu.

Email address field is missing from PFP entries

None of the listed professionals' email addresses seem to have been copied over from the old PFP database to the new site... Any way to add that in?

Spelling error on the 'joining' page

If you scroll down, under the question Are all listings automatically accepted?
Note the odd spelling of can't - may need to change it to cannot:

We can’t accept listings for sexual services given legal concerns.

People with location ID of 0 do not show up at all

Arlene Istar Lev LCSW, CASAC, - should show up in the "Therapists" category - they're labeled as category 5 - but they do not.

I think this is because their location is 0, so there's no location category to put them in.

We should contact or look at websites for listings with location 0.

Please change 'bisexuality-aware' to poly-friendly

Where I've asterisked, below - please change bisexuality-aware to poly-friendly - thanks! This is at the header of the directory listings page.

"Click on your state / province / country below. If your state / province / country isn't listed, then we don't yet have any bisexuality-aware professionals listed there in this category."
