Upload and download configuration files

It would be good to be able to download a configuration once you have got to a set of parameters that match what you want, and then drop that file to upload it next time you go back.

Add in demand elasticity

There is a space for demand elasticity in the model, but I need to work out how to present it and how it relates to the "actual price" model.

Present all simulation settings and measures in a compact way

For debugging and validation in particular. Not all the relevant measures or settings are shown in the charts. How to present them in a compact and unintrusive but comprehensive fashion?

Use a cookie to save settings between sessions

Use Experiment tab settings as baseline settings for "What if?" tab

The baseline settings for the What If tab are currently just a preset. It would be useful to be able to use the settings from the experiment tab.

Clarify presentation of driver income

The stacked chart for driver income is unclear, especially for the Simple Model case.

Indefinite simulation length

There is no reason that simulations have to finish after a fixed number of blocks (--time_blocks), as all History arrays are now held in circular buffers. If time_blocks is None, the simulation should continue indefinitely.
