Clarification Needed

What is the weighting system for different kinds of test cases on gas consumption? For example, do failure tests that need raised errors have the same score with correct ones?
I think the test cases which send correct messages to the contract (what really happens on the chain) should have higher scores.

And for task 4. How do you evaluate if the gas consumption for some contracts is optimal?
There could be many SET/PURGE actions in a single test case. Is it evaluated in the amortized way or worst case?

And actually, there is no explanation for how storage fees can affect gas consumption in a test case.
