Replace question mark ? with {1}

Test needed

Hi,

can you please help to provide a test for the script?

The idea is, to have all relevant (search-all.csv) attributes in the test/fixtures/fixture-bootstrap-3.html

//example bootstrap 3 markup
<div class="col-md-1"></div>
<div class="col-md-2"></div>
...

and that there a nother file exists like test/files/fixture-bootstrap-4-expected.html where everything is in bootstrap 4 markup.

<div class="col-lg-1"></div>
<div class="col-lg-2"></div>
...

Assertion
If we start a npm run test a replace start and after the replace, we check the replaced file e.g. test/fixtures/fixture-bootstrap-3.html to assertEqual with test/files/fixture-bootstrap-4-expected.html.

If you got a better idea, cool. Let's do it. :)
