Allow custom keystrokes

Users should be able to set their own keystrokes.

Pressing & releasing Ctrl switches frames

Hi, this one's an actual bug... if you press Ctrl and just release it again, the switcher switches frames. Quite annoying...

I might hunt for the bug myself.

Take minimized internal frames into consideration when switching

Currently, if an internal frame is minimized(iconified) the switcher will ignore it. It might be good to be configurable whether or not minimized frames should be shown in the switcher.

Allow mouse selection

Users should be able to click an entry in the list and switch to that particular internal frame, besides switching by using keys.

Ignore untitled frames

Internal frames that don't have a title should be ignored as we don't have a representation for them when switching.

Fixing memory leak

There is an actual memory leak of sorts... if the SwitcherDialog is hidden, it retains references to the listed JInternalFrames. Swing is stupid and sometimes keeps references to components that are not visible anymore. So it is prudent to clear the JList in hideMenu().

Redesign

Nice program! I was struggling with handling Ctrl+Tab in my Java OS, and then found your library...

Works great!

Possible improvement: Make Switcher GUI a bit prettier (it's a very bare-bones JList UI).
