Use StreamField to define form fields

Using a StreamField would allow for more flexibility and provide a more suitable interface for each respective field type.

Each field would be a block, which would also make it possible to add other kinds of content between fields (which has been a use case that has come up for us).

Slight issue with the 'Show results' sample code

The 'Show results' sample code does not take into account that the answer is a list if the 'Checkboxes' field type is used.

question_stats[answer] = question_stats.get(answer, 0) + 1 fails with:
TypeError: unhashable type: 'list'
under these circumstances.

Modifying the code as follows solves this problem:

submissions = self.get_submission_class().objects.filter(page=self)
for submission in submissions:
    data = submission.get_data()

    # Count results for each question
    for name, label in data_fields:
        answer = data.get(name)
        if answer is None:
            # Something wrong with data.

            # and now we are receiving answers for old questions.
            # Just skip them.
            continue

        if type(answer) is list:
            # answer is a list if the field type is 'Checkboxes'
            answer = u', '.join(answer)

        question_stats = results.get(label, {})
        question_stats[answer] = question_stats.get(answer, 0) + 1
        results[label] = question_stats

How to use django crispy filter ?

I want to use crispy filter with bootstrap3. How can I use that module with wagtailsurveys?

Add support for wagtail 1.10 + / django 1.11.x

For now, installing wagtailsurveys with django 1.11(.1) and wagtail 1.10 fails:

• setup.py: Django>=1.8.1,<1.10
