Issue with new blog posts

Hi Toubsen,

This is Davide, Travis (Weston) suggested to reach out to you.

I love the auto more tag wordpress plugin and I'd really like to keep using it but every time i upload a new blog post i need to manually "update" the plugin settings for the tag to be applied to the last piece of content.

Can you please suggest a way to fix that?

Refactoring

It's been a long time since I worked on this plugin, but I've always wanted to make it so that it didn't do the more tag on save, but instead add it on page load. I'm going to investigate this as a potential refactor, because if it's possible, it means we can completely remove the following pain points:

• Timeout when updating posts
• Long save times
• Issues with people's content just randomly being deleted (probably the biggest pain point I've seen, and the major reason I'm looking into this)
