NPC sound can be heared all across the world

When someone interacts with an NPC with sound enabled - the sound is played to all other players in the same world as well, no matter how far away they are from NPC.

Creating a new Griswold Blacksmith nothing happens = No griswold spanws

Nothing to be seen in the log, except positives :

What I have done so far :

1. I have delete the config and restarted the server - still nothing.
2. I made sure I got the most recent Citizens Plugin (2.0.24) - nothing
3. Removed Griswold AND plugin restart, then put griswold.jar back

Respawn command missing

Command is present in old documentation, but was removed in one of the refactoring rounds. Command is good for temporary hide the NPCs to let admin manage their workplace, for examle.

Cauldron 1.7.10

First many Mod Items doesnt work with that plugin? It always says: I cant repair that.
Do u have a version for 1.7.10 Cauldron ? Cause the current one doesnt work. I use the 1.7.2 right now
without any problems.

Dont repair unbreakable item

some plugins introduce some items which are unbreakable, if repaired their custom model will change.

Could you please add an option to disable repairing unbreakable item?

Tab completion

Plugin should be able to autocomplete commands on tab. Sounds really easy.

Villager duplication

The plugin works great with a limited amount of blacksmiths and enchanters, but after about six blacksmiths, they start to duplicate as normal villagers with the same name.

Creation type bug

When I create a blacksmith it will be created with the "ALL" type, even when I specify it's type. I have to go to the config file, change the type and reload the config.

Add book enchanting

Enchanters should be able to enchant books to enchanted books. Mechanics should be the same as for items and there shouldn't be any new config values (maybe except for enabling\disabling book enchanting).

Citizens2 Trait support

Could you please add a new way to create blacksmith:

I add a trait 'bsmith_all' to a citizens2 npc, then he can repair and enchant item

Enchant->no money

When creating a NPC with enchant or all commands, the NPC will not Enchant, keep stating I have no money, so sad! All other NPC Commands (Armor,Weapons and Both) work just fine and repair your items. Please help. Running PaperSpigot 1.12.2.
