Script to create a Notion cover from an image.

Usage

You need to have ImageMagick installed.

The image must be on your Desktop and will be saved on it.

1. Execute the script file with Powershell
2. Enter the image name: e.g. cover.png
3. Enter the name for the converted image: e.g. cover-converted.png

Examples

The script works best with medium-sized images that don't have a wide variety of colors in the background. You can change the -scale property in the script to try different results.

Output size: 1500x300

Can you share screenshots of what the script looks like executed on OSX, please?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm new to terminal/powerscript and am having issues getting the script to run. I've installed ImageMagick and have the images on my desktop, but am unsure of the text to enter into terminal to run the script

What I currently have is
PS /Users/[username]> /Users/username/Desktop/notion-cover-script-main/notion-script.sh [path to image]

But I get the error "convert: `1500x300' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3339."

When I try
PS /Users/[username]> /Users/username/Desktop/notion-cover-script-main/notion-script.sh [path to image] [name of converted image.jpg]

Nothing happens
