Using begin/end time as "measurement"
BachelorTools/scopDetectionReportQueries.sql
Line 165 in 57587b0
You should never use the begin/end times from run as 'measurement' values. The values include overhead from the python interpreter, which you never want. Timing-wise you should stick to either
measurement with /usr/bin/time or PAPI_* counters (or any other measurement occuring on the binary directly).
Try to restrict run to an experiment
BachelorTools/scopDetectionReportQueries.sql
Line 165 in 57587b0
You want to restrict the run table to experiment_group(s) whenever you can, otherwise you run into the problem of 'mixed' results very quickly, i.e., mixing 'debug' measurements and production measurements. You can use a set expression as well, if you need to pull in more than one experiment.
run.experiment_group = ANY ('{<GUID>, <GUID>, <GUID>}')
