Support multiple recipients

Hi Damian, thanks for the useful module.
I'm going to need a way to support multiple recipients with this; I notice the first limitation is by use of a single Email field.

Are there plans to add this? I'd be happy to contribute; do you have thoughts on how you'd like it implemented?

Provide the Title of the Site in the New Comment Email

If an admin has to look after several sites, I think it would be good to show the title of the site in the email, e.g. 'Tripod Travel - New Comment Posted'

Possibility to send multiple mails to a group

E.g. if we want to send mails to all users of a specific group (chef editors)

Notification email is sent but has no content.

I have installed the plugin in the correct folder name. _config/config.yml is left at defaults. I have dev/build?flush=all so the ss file should be available. However the email still comes through blank. Any ideas of what might be going on? I have tried to Debug::show different data but when i do that I get an error that the CommentNotificationsEmail.ss file cannot be found in theme ''. I think that I may not be able to debug this way as the Debug Controller is now in play and is not aware of the theme name. I have tried copying the ss file into my theme/templates folder but that does not fix the issue.
