how to inference new documents?

i want to know how to inference if i have some raw sentences?
is it supported? or how to transform my raw data to your input format?

Duration for D3NER

Hey! I was trying to use D3NER, however, there are two issues! First, would it be possible to share the .py files? email address: [email protected].

The second issue is that I managed to run the default command python main.pyc d3ner_cdr cdr data/cdr/cdr_test.txt output.txt and it has been more than 3 hours and still it google colab is running the command.

FYI I am working on google colab with gpu! I followed the instructions provided and I am using the .py files from https://github.com/zhangchengkai826/D3NER.git

is there any reason why you only have .pyc in here?

i was trying to test this and compare it to CliNER but it doesn't seem to be open at all.
it also doesn't work RuntimeError: Bad magic number in .pyc file
