Bottle spawning

Things to consider:

• time between spawning and time between waves (are these read from a file, or handled by a some algorithm?)
  *fixed number of spawn points, 3 to 5
• randomizing points to spawn from
• physics vs. animation

Menus

Create functionality to set and get current Menu state. Each menu is listed below:

• Main menu
  • Play button
  • Hi scores button
  • Credits button
  • Exit button
• Hi Score menu
  • Back button
• Credits menu
  • Back button

Game state handling

Possible game states:

• Menus (main menu, hiscore menu, credits menu, exit game)
• Initialize game
• Game playing
• Game over
