License of strings and translations

What's the license of TMDB source strings and their translations?

I want to use them in a NLP project to train a translator.

Romanian language 100 % translated

Can you recompile the project .

media_type does not translate

I checked Finnish, Swedish and Russian sites and all of these show the line...

We don't have any cast added to this %{media_type}. You can help by adding some!

...without translating the media_type and showing "movie" instead.

New English strings to add

Hello,

All the pages of the footer remain almost completely in English while all the available French fields are well translated on Locale.

Is it possible to add note for each string?

Add note for each string in English that indicates where the string locates. It may help translators better understand and translate if translators know the scenario. Further, hope that add screenshots with annotation if possible.
Is it possible for Locale?

Overview translation

Hello,
When we translate a synopsis from English, it would be nice if the original English text was automatically copied into the synopsis translation field of the new language. Thus, it would be easier to translate it, then delete it before validating the new translation.
